You do not need to have a Facebook or Twitter account in order to register with Tecs$sapp. You can register with us at any time by providing your name, email address, and creating a password.

Tecs$sapp collects your personal information in order for you to claim cash, contest prizes, and redeem instant rewards.

You must be at least 14 years or older to play Tecs$sapp.

If you win a cash prize with Tecs$sapp, you will receive a notification within the app congratulating you.  Your winnings will be reflected in your account balance “wallet” in the App.

Android :

1. Make sure your Facebook app has been updated to the latest version
2. Make sure that all cache and data from your Facebook app has been cleared. (Go to Settings -> Applications -> Facebook -> click ’Force stop’ and click ’Clear data’.)
3. Make sure that all cache and data from your Tecs$sapp app has been cleared. (Go to Settings -> Applications -> Tecs$sapp -> click ’Force stop’ and click ’Clear data’.)
4. Restart your phone
5. Open Facebook app and wait for it to load until you see the login page
6. Open Tecs$sapp and try to connect through Facebook again

IOS:

1. Close all open applications (Double click home button, and then swipe up all open applications)
2. Uninstall Facebook application and then reinstall it from the store.
3. Restart your phone
4. Open Facebook app and wait for it to load until you see the login page
5. Open Tecs$sapp and try to connect through Facebook again

On the login screen, there will be a prompt for ’forgot your password’. Just click the prompt and follow the onscreen instructions.

Yes you can! All you need to do is sign in on another device using your same credentials and you will get logged into your same account.

Once you login to your account from a new device, you will automatically get logged out of your original device and then logged into your new device.

Just download the ’Tecs$sapp’ app and earn at least one ticket in any from our apps and you will be entered into that daily draw.

After the draw is completed an email will be sent out to the winner’s email address attached to their account. The email will contain next steps on how to claim the prize.

Once a draw has ended, we begin the process of selecting a winner shortly afterward. Contest winners are contacted via their Tecs$sapp registered email address. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, we select another winner and begin the process again. We only announce winners once they’ve been confirmed. Winners are announced on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, on our site, and in the Tecs$sapp app. If you are a winner, Tecs$sapp will send you a congratulatory email with instructions on claiming your prize.

Should you win a contest with Tecs$sapp, please allow up to 14 business days to receive your prize after confirming. After 14business days, if you still have not received your prize please contact our support team ([email protected]).
